Time

(From my point of view, for you it could be different)

From what I know and understand, time waits for no one. Opportunities can be missed when waiting around for what someone close to me would call 'an invitation.' Being mindful of who, what, where, and how you are spending your time is important because not everyone or everything deserves your time. Who you spend your time with can impact your personal growth. What you give your time to can also delay your progress. Where you are spending your time could affect the connections or relationships you’re trying to develop. How you are spending your time is also important—are you taking time for yourself? How are you choosing to spend your time? Are you sulking away, waiting for an invitation? Are you allowing others to waste your time with empty promises or sweet nothings? I believe time comes and goes, and we don't get it back. I know I have wasted time staying in places longer than I should have, hoping things would get better. I’ve waited for opportunities to come my way, instead of stepping out of my comfort zone and going to find them. The biggest lesson for me when time is wasted is to pay attention to the lesson. Time does not wait for anyone, and you can't get it back. Be mindful of your time, and how you are spending your moments.
