For me a great breakfast & brunch spot. My friend introduced me and this location is a true hidden gem. The street tacos are great, and make sure to ask for a side of chipotle aioli. I did not need the sour cream or salsa just the chipotle aioli sauce and amazing!

French toast that was yummy. It was very filling so I did not need to order anything else. I know this was a Diner in ATL but I am not sure which city. I will say we did have to pass Rick Ross's mansion to get there, so close/near by that area. Overall first time, great experience and outing with my Godparents.

First time at this location and it is a vibe. The chicken nacho appetizers were delicious. I inhaled these, or maybe I was already hungry. Either way- delicious. For the audience I think it depends on the time when you go because it's a mix of adults and families. I think later in the evening you will have more of an adult environment.

Longhorn

Always a great restaurant for a reasonably priced steak that is mouth watering. I like the ribeye because it's just enough for me to finish. The porterhouse steak would be my second runner up. The sides are always a hit (Brussel sprouts and Mac and cheese). The whipped mashed potatoes to me are also a hit.

These were buffalo chicken fries. I had door dashed and I didn't realize how far it was from me. By the time I got them they were close to cold but thankfully I had a microwave. The red velvet cake I could have done without and my brisk ice team did not make it to me either. I would try them again, but definitely for an in-person visit.

Now I love BBQ and this was out of this world good. Someone from KC would have to be the true vote to decide on who has the better BBQ because based off of this meal- my vote is Chicago! What I like about this location is once they are out of everything they close. So everything is fresh, hot and ready. It smelt so good, it did not make it back to the house, very much ate in the car.

This was from the Italian restaurant at the resort. For our last night we had a group dinner filled with good laughs, recaps, and food. The first salmon they sent out was undercooked (slimy)- so I politely asked for the same order but with it cooked all the way through. So round 2, was delicious and the cream sauce brought it to the next level.

An entire Greek experience, but in Mexico! This was the Meraki Spaghetti. I also had the Short Rib Kebab- both were delicious. This restaurant was an entire vibe and experience... Opa!

This by far was the best chicken wrap I have ever had. The sauce on the side was a creamy ranch that was added a great touch for if you wanted to dip or drizzle onto your wrap. The side salad was yummy too.

Breakfast sandwich and a side of grits. This was my first time at this location, I would go back the next time I visit ATL.

One of my HS classmates/friend recommended this location to me. (Special thanks to you!) and I absolutely enjoyed the shrimp and grits, and honestly still to this day are the best shrimp and grits I have ever had. The honey bread bun/roll was also a dream.

Turkey Leg Hut

There are many different locations for Turkey Leg Huts but I find that I enjoy the Almeda location the most. I usually order the Hennessy Glazed Turkey Leg with waffle fries.

The locals say it would be good to get there early because there can be a wait depending on many things. It was worth the wait but also remember it is Texas and the heat will heat!

I think they now have expanded, I am not sure but again another location worth a visit when in Houston. I love the different options for mini waffles. I had chicken and peach cobbler waffles. This location is also Black owned, which is awesome. The drinks are good too.

A lot of options for you to try and that is exactly what you see pictured. No, this was not devoured all at once but it was enough to take some back home. This was a quick find and enjoyable meal.

December of 2022 I was able to enjoy a meal during the Holiday season. I enjoyed the Grilled Salmon and Cinder House French toast. Delicious! It was a pleasure to have visit this restaurant prior to its closing.

Tried a new option on the menu, I am not sure if it is still an option but I had the Old fashioned Cedar plank salmon with Brussel sprouts (yum), and garlic whipped mashed potatoes!

Smoked salmon omelette, fruit and grits (yes I like sugar in my grits). From my first time experience everything was delicious. I have not had a chance to go back, but I look forward to my next visit to see if the vibes are the same.

Every time I visit Houston this is my go-to spot. I think they have various locations, but I am not a Houston local. I usually had an order of the "thunder fries" next time I visit I hope to try something different from the menu.
